Patrick L. Tate

Patrick L. Tate has served as the City Prosecutor for the City of Collinsville Municipal Court since October 1, 2011.

He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 2002 and a J.D. From Birmingham School of Law in 2009.

While at the University of Alabama he was a member of the football team earning a varsity letter in 2001.

For the past 4 years he has practiced law with his father, Patrick H. Tate, focusing primarily in the areas of probate law, criminal defense and general litigation.

Mr. Tate currently represents the Fort Payne Housing Authority and the DeKalb County Department of Human Resources.
